I process form data to respond to your enquiry — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses PostHog (EU servers) for analytics. The analytics script loads only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent by clearing your browser data for this site. Essential site functions work without consent.
Retention
I keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any further cooperation, and then delete it.
Recipients
Your data may be processed by technical providers acting on my behalf: Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and PostHog (analytics, EU). I do not sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
Automated decisions
I do not make solely automated decisions and do not profile you based on this data.
